So I see you took most of these 20 days ago, on December 3rd. I should probably just close this report right away as you can't be using evidence this old. However I've gone ahead and punished a couple guys (whom I couldn't even find in the system - screenshots are almost a month old) whose history didn't include any recent bans, so I could be sure they weren't punished for the reasons above already. Specifically:

1, 2 - Both have been banned for abusing smoke in spawn after December 3rd.

3 - Punished.

4, 5 - Insufficient evidence.

6, 7 - Punished.

8, 9 - Insufficient evidence.

10 - Punished.
