Description of Issue: yesterday, i used the teleport to the beneath, and i died suffocated in a wall (i forgot to leave some objects at home)...a message in the chat said that the gravestone couldn't spawn there (then, i re-tp to the beneath, and i broke the blocks that blocked the teleport, to avoid any further death)
