Not able to create wormwood(witchery)

Hello,

there is a problem with creating wormwood. the problem is that if you want to right click the crop with a mutating spring it just plants a new crop and gives you the wheat. What it should do is transform into wormwood.

And yes i did everything right with the whispy cotton and the water.

So you aren't able to make wormwood in this server. so maybe a admin can give me 1 wormwood or put it in the shop or something like that
