Help with Redstone Arsenal.

Made tools from the Redstone Arsenal fashion and to select the tool mode it is written: None. In the management settings, I did not find the control setup for this mod. I ask to help / suggest how to fix this. Thank you in advance!  Link to a photo with a problem: https://imgur.com/a/68Cq9
