Description of Issue: The keys that were refunded are not working and would like to know why

(P.S. I got them back. They just aren't working and if you think I'm lying... You can check them yourself)

Shilo_Smith7, if the keys have an NBT+ tag with it saying that a user "spawned them in" (They copied it in creative) they do not work, otherwise, it could go against the rules if another player uses them.
