SkyBlock bugs

In SkyBlock there's a bug to which you cannot mine in the nether, also blaze spawners/player builds could be griefed without protection, this is optional but I prefer a small amount of claiming per player should be added (~100 blocks for all players) so that we can utilize the nether without worrying about other players. Also, Miners AI cannot swim and thus get stuck in many ways letting any player loot the area with ease.
