also he should get a punishment for innappropiated nick, mucosul in Romanian means something like a guy that has boogers

We have a rule against spawn camping, not just spawn killing. All I see in those screenshots is that guy killing you once and that's it, it's not like he sat there in his armor killing off your entire team. If that's what happened then there's no proof of it.
