How do you see more than 1 help page

I can use "/help" to see the first << 1/14 >> help page, but don't know how to display the second page and beyond.   I've tried "/help 2".

Have you tried pressing the arrows next to the 14 maybe? I think that's what i do, If you can't work it out reply again say it and i will get online
