[Duplicated] I have the rank sponsor+ only in the lobby

I don't know why, but when I am in the lobby, I have the rank but after that,when I enter in survival,skyblock,or other mode of game i don't have the rank,i don't know if the tag rank transfer is the correct,but i can't found other better,please help.
