Refined Storage - missing storage disk

A few days ago I made a Refined Storage system and put all my items into a 16k storage disk which I then put into the disk drive. It worked fine but now when I logged in the storage disk is missing with all my items in it. All the blocks are claimed so theoretically no one could take them. Even if I can't get my items back at least if someone could tell me if i should stop using it or if it's just a one-time thing.

Hey @Raduq99, refined storage is bugged on our server "direwolf20" which players may be experiencing missing of drives. We preferred you to use Applied Energistics system instead of refined storage, sorry for any inconvenience.
