Hello there, I'm going to need a timestamp of when your inventory was fine. That way the rollback will be a bit more precise

Sorry to ask again but i dont think the rollback was far enough can you do (2018/10/13) 7:30 PM EST. Again sorry for the inconvenience

What about now? This is the earliest rollback point of that day. Anything before is from the day before you lost your items. If this one doesn't work, we can try that one instead and refund you the items you lost from the setback.
