Lost items

I didn't know what topic to put this under so if this is in the wrong topic I apologise.

I have some how lost my wings of bat and draconic fusion crafting injector i did not craft them however i got the items of a friend but due to the constant restarts i lost the items and dont know where they went they are not in my chests as i have looked through each one using tmi search feature i just need some help to know if they are there or whether i just cannot see it

i would appreciate the help
