Claim creation issue

i got a problem i have abandoned all claims in the server yet where i am trying to setup my new claim it is saying i already have a claim in that area yet when looked at with a stick it saying it isn't claimed with in the area it saying it is iver tried relogging and that didn't help so i don't know whats going on

A server reboot fix this problem
