Description of Issue:  

Went into nether to mine some glowstone wearing nothing but armor, staff and dislocator. Somehow died before the loading finished. Got my grave which was right next to the portal and broke it. The 2 items listed above were missing, tried going trough the portal to see if maybe they went trough it but got a "you are not allowed there" message. Dont have a screenshot of me wearing my Nanosuit but found 1 where I do have the dislocator.
