Alloy Smelter not always working

I don't know whats wrong with my Alloy Smelter. He don't melt something until i change some random IO config, pick up and place him. But then he only melt one or two times an stop again. I tested some locations without any machines or ME stuff ner him, some IO configurations also the standard and so one. In the past he worked well, i didn't changed something.

It's commonly known on the server that some EnderIO machines have these pausing issues..
For me personally it works to just dump what i need in there and let it run on it's own. Eventually it get's the job done with a bit of delay.
