Issue with Botania

Hello some others and I have been having issues with Botania as the blocks around the pure daisy are not transforming blocks around it. I looked it up and they should only be taking up to 90 seconds max and it doesn't seem to work at all (I have waited for 30 minutes so far without leaving the chunk).

I've been looking into it but apparently the time just gets randomized and it may take 5 seconds sometimes or up to an hour, we don't know exactly why yet but we'll look into the game files to see if something's wrong
