Description of Issue: When I teleported to UltraDev to get some Netherrack, I died in his island. When he tried destroying the grave for me, the items all dissapeared, causing me to lose a lot of important stuff.

I did not pick up the items, I believe there should have been 2 graves but only one of them spawned, maybe a glitch in the graves mod in combination with the protection, not sure.
