I lost a iron blick dimlet in skyfactory 3

Hi, my ingame name is noTInsane and i'm playing skyfactory 3. I had an iron block dimlet and put it in the dimension enscriber, left in another dimension, and the iron block dimlet dissapeared. Please help.
