Draconic Evolution Charged Draconium

I have tried multiple ways in the past hour and asked around and know one has anything that helps I have tried to  charge my draconium blocks to make charged draconium blocks and the energy transfer it glitched it wont let me charge the blocks ive tried a flux charger also and it doesn't work other items charge but the draconium wont plz help I want to progress
