Requested Commands^: Not a command that I would like to request, but a block/machine (builder)
Reason for Request*: Having access to the builder would make builder much easier. I'm sure the reason it has been black listed in the overworld is because of users coming on and making massive holes in the world. Not much to say here other than I think Sponsor and up should be allowed access to the builder. Might even be a reason people invest in the rank sponsor.

Sadly the system we use to restrict items doesn't allow for the exemption of specific items. It's access to all restricted items or none.
Also, the builder is banned because of bugs and not because of holes in the world.
