_ZlootsyMikelov_ Posted September 15, 2019 Share Posted September 15, 2019 In-Game Nickname: (One complaining about) N/A Time and date: 2;54 pm 9/15/19 (Pacific American Timezone) Description of what happened: (In chronological order) The server restarted(they have become quite frequent) and when I joined back in I was being suffocated in some nether quartz (i was in the nether). When digging myself out of the nether quartz, the block that was at my headheight had lava above it, and i thusly burned in lava. I only had a bronze gearset and whatnot, but im mostly bummed out about my 45 levels being gone, so Im not going to bother with the other mumbojumbo i lost, i only want my levels. I screenshotted my death message which happened right after I joined but I dont have an account and if I can I will avoid needless effort where I can. Feel free to shoot me a pm on discord when you come online. For future reference, the complaints section is used for reporting rule breakers. Situations like this are exactly what refund requests are for. Simply use the following template when creating a new topic in the technical support section.
