If you stay logged in for 5-15 minutes on the server then it should go through. I have resend the prefix package with the updated prefix. Same situation as the rank, stay logged into the server and it should go through. Note: You will need to go to each server individually. For example, PureSurvival, Skyblock and AssassinS.
