you can do /f claim and overclaim them, cant you?

 

Edit: If you could overclaim or unclaim someone's land no matter what their power is, everyone could just go on the live map, locate big factions and take all their stuff, and the whole point of factions is to keep your power to protect your items

From what I know, to claim other factions you need to have more power than them.

To claim others you need to at least have 1 free power to actually claim a land, and the other faction has to have at least 1 less power than land

Yes so it's not like you find a faction and steal the things.You have to kill the members of the faction until their power is not enough to keep their land.So you have to lower their power to take their stuff!
