Rank Keys and Mega Bundle Keys

i love this server because everyone is so nice and friendly, and well maintained. So i thought i support the Server by buying a Rank, and a Mega Bundle in Store.

Unfortunatly i have now: 

2 Mystic Crate Keys 

8 Legendary Keys 

and 18 Vote Crate Keys 

in my Inventory, that are not functioning. I would be glad if you could help me there.
