Immersive Engineering wires disappear

I set up a simple Immersive Engineering system, waterwheel wired to a lv capacitor then to a thermal energy energy cell. Whenever the server reboots my wires vanish and have to be replaced. I was wondering if this is a known issue?  It is in a chunk loaded area.  I don’t want any items back but I am wondering if there is a way to prevent it from happening.

Issue here also ;/ Wires disappear on restart, however there was a fix like 3 years ago? not sure why the wires are still disappearing.. Wanted to base my base around immersive ;/
