I think I may be silent banned and I dont know why

Its my first time playing this server and modpack

When i first joined i got alot of debuffs and i wasnt able to mine or use any items.

I tried to get help from a helper but they told me they didnt know what was going on.

Someone told me this might be because my username is the same as a cracked account's user name, but i have never played cracker minecraft.

Can this please be fixed?
