Personal Worldspike problem

can we fix this problems about the personal worldspikes 

first and more annoying , after the server restart there is a chance to either don't work  and you have to replace it or it will disappear  

second , after some server restarts if it didn't disappear you have to refresh it or it doesn't work

third and last , for some reason it doesnt want to work with thermal expansion's machines?
