I'm new to the server and did the classic building my smeltery in the same chunk as my chests (lost all the voting rewards (big RIP)).

Last time everything was okay: 1:05pm Brisbane time (3:05am GMT)

Unfortunately, the only backup we have for your area is on the 10th. The backup after this is just after your specified time, around 3:30 GMT.
