My 3 vote keys evaporated when i went to survival

Hey craft´s land team  im new in this server and i went to the survival and saw a sign that said i could do /vote but when i did it didnt work and in Discord i talked to flamefurno [GM] [SF2.5/ULR/NTW] and he said for me to put on the key storage and i didnt know what was that and then i went to survival (i had full inventory and i lost the items i had in my hand at that moment and i dont remember what it was) and when i came back to the main  lobby the 3 keys were lost it had an empty slot. this happened bettween 5:12- 5-22pm england time. can someone help me plz???
