Garden Cloche doesn't work?

Hello, I'm new to the server, and I'm having trouble to set up my garden cloches, everything seems to be fine, water, power, plant, soil and bone meal, but it simply doesn't turns on, anyone uses it to plant things and reduce server resources consumption? If no one uses could be a server problem?

Yes. There seems to be an issue with Immersive Engineering the mod itself. Any mudpack with this mod has issues with various items/blocks/etc. Garden Cloches being one of the issues.
