Unable to place/destroy blocks below a certain altitude

I am unable to place or destroy blocks below y = 73 (although it might be 74, I'm unsure if coordinates are for the location of your head or feet)

I can place and destroy blocks just fine if I'm above this point.

Help?

Thanks for reporting, seems fixed now. Some mod got buggy or something weird, we do not yet know what mod caused that, but one data stores data inside /world/data folder, it if it happens again we will dig deeper then
