Founder brunyman Posted March 10, 2020 Founder Share Posted March 10, 2020 Hi, what you bought is a Rank, it is a virtual product that cannot be returned, also even if we would want to refund we can't because the payment type used is PaymentWall > FasterPay , the only way to try to reverse the payment is you try to chargeback using your FasterPay account if that is possible. We can only refund payments on PayPal, if you can't over FasterPay then try contact PaymentWall, we have no direct contact over these payment processors and money will get to us minus their fees in 2 months time. But on PaymentWall we don't have any option like this, we did get few chargebacks there but they all were initiated by the buyer and there was nothing that we could do.
