I need a refund for my premium grade + ( money )

My father pay me the premium + rank for make me a birthday present and there

is a problem because i'm going to stop minecraft definitelly in few day ..... and i need this money for buy ssomething

thank you for reading this refund request and hope for a quick response! because it's urgent for me. hoping you agree, you can destroy my base if you  want to or ban me .

Hi, what you bought is a Rank, it is a virtual product that cannot be returned, also even if we would want to refund we can't because the payment type used is PaymentWall > FasterPay , the only way to try to reverse the payment is you try to chargeback using your FasterPay account if that is possible. We can only refund payments on PayPal, if you can't over FasterPay then try contact PaymentWall, we have no direct contact over these payment processors and money will get to us minus their fees in 2 months time.

I really never used that payment type, on PayPal we can easy refund payments, sometime it needs the buyer to initiate the chargeback. But on PaymentWall we don't have any option like this, we did get few chargebacks there but they all were initiated by the buyer and there was nothing that we could do. Maybe your father knows more about how he payed and if it was his bank account he may be able to chargeback.
