Description of Issue: went exploring and then a gorgon hit  me up,lost all my stuff but only the bow is important.

Yes, gorgons do insta-kill players if they are looked at without a blindfold. That's the mechanic.

We only do refunds and rollbacks for server caused issues, not careless gameplay etc.
