Issue description: I was building some stuff, and I found that I can't build a Fluid collector, because in the recipe for it, I need to use Auto-Breaker and that is a banned item. But I didn't found any information about fluid collector on the list of banned items. So first I tried to find if there is other way to create it, but I didn't find any. After that I tried other pump-like blocks to use them instead, but in my design is fluid collector still the best option...
