Upgrade rank?

I bought the wrong rank. I bought the VIP, afterwards, my husband said I needed the premium one. The website says that we can upgrade but I don't see an upgrade choice to select? How do I accomplish this? Thank you in advance.

You automatically get the price of your current rank deducted from other ranks you purchase.
Premium normally costs 10 euros, but since you already have vip for 5, you should see it cost 5 euros instead.

It is still wanting to charge me the full price for the upgrade.

My husband also tested it and the website is not deducting previous ranks.

When I checked the webstore with your username, I see a price reduction for ranks above premium.
As it turns out you had already purchased the premium rank on Jan 11, 2019. This was overwritten with the vip rank you bought recently.

Since you purchased premium before the last wipe, I reactivated that rank for you. I'll have to check what we can do about your redundant vip donation.
