Hello, i teleported to the deep dark in (direwolf20 1.12.2 modpack) and the game crashed, when i joined again i was dead, there is no grave, i don't have my items.

Use the Refund or Inventory Rollback template. Also, you can remove your posts from the complaints, and general Technical support sub-forums. (The Refund request is quicker than then Inventory Rollback, so unless you have a specific reason, I'd use a Refund request.)
