This has happened before but this time it just vanished my jetpack into thin air. My friend and I (Sethpe) tried to search the area where I died (after my jetpack came off, I fell to the ground a died) to see if it had dropped on the ground but we had no luck. Also, I already have turned off "Auto-refill" because of this exact problem but it seems it still occurs.
