Stolen Armour and Claim Help

Hi,

Today I logged onto the server and all the armor stand in my house were moved and my armor was missing. Also some guy claimed land on top of me and my friends claim, so some of my base/chests are "claimed" by him now for some reason. If someone could help me out with this It'd be greatly appreciated
