Backpack disappeared

So ive gotten 2 iron backpacks from the vote crates and they both have randomly disappeared with things in them that i have gotten for my vote crates to store while i opened up more, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated aswell as pls remove the iron backpack because it is bugged.

Hello, you can create a refund request under Technical Support using the template and the lost items will be refunded to you.

You need to be careful with backpacks as they can drop invisible like shown in this video.

Golden bag of holding is far superior, however some still use the backpacks for early game.
