Villager Breeding ?!

Hi,

I have another little question,when I joined server someone told me that you cant breed villagers cause server admins disabled it.But when I read forum some days ago someone wrote about it.So now my question is if the breeders work.

Players have been using villager breeders, so I'd say they aren't disabled, however it might be that they are on other servers.
