Permissions reset?

Hi, Sry to be a bother again but the member's on my Island don't have permissions apparently and kicking them and re-invite them don't seem to work either, is this something i should get some technical support for?

island owner= clarkstar1

cords= 82525, 70, 6400

after the recent rollback the members of my island still have no perms even after kicking them and re-inviting them.

I wonder if its just a simple command that I'm missing. TIA
