5 dragons just disapeared (refund request)

My first dragon was hatching and when i got back it was gone, the second one was lost when i left it sitting in my base, the third one was lost when it hatched, and the fourth one just dissapeared in its horn  and the 5th one disapeared when i went home and went back and the crystal it was bound to told me it was dead.

As a refund could i recieve 5 gray dragon eggs.
