Remove blank lines the server is sending

The server is frequently sending blank text lines to all users, i am not sure why it is doing it but it makes chat pop up for no reason at all.
Any chance the cause for this is known and/or you guys know or could find out how to fix it?

Apologies for late reply but to my knowledge its just a chat bug. It happens occasionally across all our servers. No clue why it happens

Must be a mod that does that, but we don't know what mod
