Description of Issue: I teleported home with the /home command and instantly died with my entire inventory and all Armour vanishing. I also had a fairy dew effect on which also was lost from dying. The only Item that was kept was my Ice Dragonbone Rapier.

The death message said I suffocated in the wall but there was no obstructions in my base. This was in my claim I meant this was in AdmSirRed's Claim
