Items gone because of zombie in the floor Halloween glitch

Desc of Issue: I was AFKing for a bit and when I came back the zombies that spawn from the Halloween update killed me while I was gone. I lost my flux-infused pickaxe with Silk touch 1 on it. That is about all I'm looking to get back.

I don't know if the zombie thing follows for a request, but I wanted to see about it if possible. Thanks so much!
