In game name: N_day Proof of Purchase: See Attached Description of Issue: I ordered a Fancy Name Tag and a Custom 2 color Prefix and neither of them worked all it did was change my name red and that is it. Date/Time of Purchase: Mar 17, 2021, 6:26PM (20 Hours ago) Items/Rank Bought: My custom prefix was: Gray and Dark Red (I paid extra) - and said "GOAT" I believe.
