Nether Not Loading (lost items)

Here is a link to what happens when I try to place blocks in the nether. Something isn't loading correctly, and I died and lost all of my items because my gravestone was destroyed when the block that I had broken reappeared over my grave. I would just like a few of my items back (they are unobtainable again except through the quest book). Username: Winterturtle
