How do I set the claim flags so that other players can use the Draconic Evolution portal in my claim?

I've been playing around with portal-use and such but I can't get the portals to work.

I assume it uses the `portal-use` flag. You can specify specific items/blocks as well.
So it would likely be /cf portal-use minecraft:player draconicevolution:portal true (*or whatever the draconic evo portal name ID is*)

Of course I didn't test this but I assume it is under portal-use.
