Too many Server restarts

Hi!

I am new to craftersland and, when it is able to play on your server its really fun, I am on the FTB Reloaded Server, and we have like 3 restarts in 1 hour in average, thats way too  much. Is this issue known? I would really appreciate if that restarts get less :)

@NitroBladeI totally understand this issue - Its probably to avoid more serious crashes/bugs etc so if server restarts frequently, these crashes will be at it's minimum level.
