Transfer Stuff&Plot to a new Name

I changed recently my Name and I wish that my old Stuff&plot will be transferred to another Name.

Old Name: NinjaYT

changed too -> = Sophiza_

To be secured that I'm the real owner of this account is listed on namemc.
